Organisation, management and control model

The European Certification Institute (ECI) has issued to Tecninf S.p.A. the certificate of compliance with the organisation, management and control model established by Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001.

The Legislative Decree 231/01 management system consists of a set of rules, procedures and operating methods that define an organisational, management and internal control model of a company.

This model aims to prevent the commission of offences sanctioned by Legislative Decree 231/01 by directors or employees. In this way the company ensures responsible conduct compliant with the rules concerning corporate liability.
