MEPA Watch is a web application for monitoring and verifying the behaviour of public administrations and economic operators on MEPA, the Italian Public Administration procurement platform.
Filters produce lists and charts describing the requested statistics. Every element is interactive and provides access to detailed views and charts through drill-down and drill-through functions.
The system can connect to external Machine Learning plugins to create predictive models and non-linear analyses of potentially anti-competitive supplier behaviour. It can also detect hidden collusive behaviour between administrations and suppliers and present relevant information in a geolocated view.
