ICC provides a monitoring, statistical and predictive analysis tool for public-administration tenders.
Users can explore the history of public tenders and perform statistical analyses of tenders and suppliers. The web interface displays and filters summary data concerning tenders and the behaviour of economic operators during participation.
Results are presented as interactive lists and charts with drill-down and drill-through detail views. The system can also connect to Machine Learning plugins to produce predictive models and non-linear analyses of potentially anti-competitive supplier behaviour.
